Cellular Connectivity Troubleshooting for iPads
- No cellular signal, inability to connect to cellular data.
- Solution: Check Cellular Data Settings
- Steps: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data). Ensure that Cellular Data is turned on. Verify that the correct plan is selected and that cellular data is enabled for the apps you need.
- No signal or intermittent connectivity.
- Solution: Toggle Airplane Mode

- Steps: Go to Settings > General > About. If a carrier settings update is available, you’ll see a prompt to update.
