As a support partner, you have access to the Support View and the User View. We'll discuss the main differences below.
Disclaimer: Our team works hard to keep MapHabit updated, so what you see in our videos may look a little different from your tablet. Don’t worry—all the steps shown are still correct!
What is the User View?
In order to view and interact with the individual you are supporting, it's important that you switch to the user view. In the user view, you'll be able to create, edit, and schedule any maps for the individual you are supporting.
- Tap on the drop-down arrow on the top-right of the screen
- Select the individual you are supporting
Any changes that you make in the user view will reflect in the individual's account. Also, anyone in the circle of support will be able to see these changes as well. For example, if I create a map for Harold titled "Making Breakfast", in the user view, this new map will be available to Harold and everyone in the circle of support when accessing Harold's user view.
What is the Support View?
When you first log in to the app as the support or family member, you will be presented with your support view. You will have the ability to create, edit, and schedule maps for yourself if needed in this view.
I created a map but I don't see it in the user view. Where is the map?
If you created a map for the individual you support, it may be that the map was created in the Support View. To transfer the map to the individual's account please refer to the support article "How do I transfer a map?".
